What is the affect of no elevator on apartments or coops resale price?

Trying to understand the relationship between the sales price of each level of an apartment or coop with no elevator. For example if the first floor is $100K per unit, second floor is 75% or $75K per unit, third floor is 30% or $30K per unit.
