Information on Scottish Highland Clans?

I am going to be moving to Scotland next year, the highlands to be more specific. I wanted to know more about the Clans that live there, what are they like? What are their traditions? Do they have really old fashioned lifestyles? Anything anyone could tell me will be helpful :) thanks!!
