Europe is having same problem?

How will we be notified? By one unique e-mail that would sound like "Yahoo! Messenger has been fixed. We are very sorry for the inconvenience."? Well I am sure that when you'll do this damn thing (sending the stupid message to all yahoo users), you'll be also sending the next e-mail: "Yahoo! Mail is down. We are still sorry for the inconvenience!".
