you need to become a politician for gettin money. then you need support of every common man in your town to keep it clean apart from workers cause if every man supports you it wil like plantin more trees maintainin lawns keepin surroundin clean and hygenic it will reduce at least a % of your cost. try to literate people.if you start now maybe before dyin you can see your town beautiful:)
