Age of Continental Drift... how is it possible?

The time of separation is around 200-250 millions years ago since that is the age of the oldest crust on the seabed which is constantly recycled. The continents have maintained their shape for the most part since they are huge and collisions makes continents bigger and new landforms which then get eroded however the continents haven't truly maintained their shape 100% because of erosion and plate tectonics.
