How to get over a miscarriage ? Only people who relate please .?

my boyfriend & i have been together for over a year & live together . after 9 months of trying to conceive i finally got pregnant in january . we were so happy . the happines didnt even last a week . the miscarriage was the most heartbreaking thing i've ever been through & although it happened almost 4 months ago i still cant seem to get over it . everyone tell me that its for the best & that it all happens for a reason but i still dont see that reason . im angry & sad all the time & i think about it everyday . i just wanted to know how i can cope with this & how i can be myself again . only people who have actually gone through this answer . i dont think youd be willing to understand or relate otherwise .
