How long should I wait before I introduce my kids to my new boyfriend?

I have a 15 yr old boy, 14 yr. old boy, 12 yr. old girl, and a 1 yr. old girl. I have been dating a new man for about three months now and I'm sure he is my soul mate. My kids know about him, but I haven't brought home yet. My biggest two concerns are because 1) I'm 33 and he's 24 and 2) my kids dad has tried to teach my boys that people should only date their own race and the man I am seeing is from Guatemala.
