Why are Brazilians and others across Latin America so ual?

now please,before you decide to crucify me for this question;i think it's necessary for me to note that i'm latino myself{Puerto Rican}.now,i've got nothing against latinas dessing y and in some cases,even slutty!as long as it's during appropriate times. like i always say,there's a time and a place for that kind of attire.it's called the bedroom!why do these super crazy hot women feel the need or desire to dress like prostitutes while shopping for cereal at the local safeway or costco? if you do the research,latin america has one of the highest HIV/AIDS percentages on the planet.this is disturbing.now i understand a lot of that has to do with their religious backgrounds and lack of money and lack of access to profilactics...but c'mon-is it really necessary for these young women to look like street walkers while at work at the office? everytime i see a brazilian woman,or any other latina young lady at that,they're always dressed the same.you know;super tight jeans/plenty of showing/ accentuating pants. don't get me wrong,i am totally attracted to that-however it's a little bit disturbing and weird when these same women are walking through the mall with their 2-3 yr old children in a stroller...so,if anyone has any thought as to why this trend has been allowed to flourish for so long,unhindered,by all means-fill me in...
