What are we allowed to take on a Lufthansa plane?

I'm Taking Lufthansa so i was wondering that what can i take wiv me..are we allowed to take Chewys(Gum), Lollypop,water(how much), Chapstick, Mints..?? and What else can i take cuz it will be 9 or 10hrs long, and last time i was bored to tears!! So What else can i take cuz i lost my Ipod as well LOL..plz temme..thnx 4 whoever answers..!! <3
