Pee doesn't come out properly!?

I am 24 age....; F I had a frequent pee than anytime but mostly it’s like eye drop, and i really need to push hardly and end up with a pain, so the basic thing is that my pee doesn’t all come out??? Pls advise !!!! tks inadvance
