Is censorism rampant here on Y/A. Take Buks offer as an example.?

Although I didn't answers Buks generous offer to his question for donating to charity for every star he got which got deleted by Y/A I did give a star. And a question I had posted I got 2 hate e-mails from people that didn't like it. So I deleted my own question before it got censored by Y/A. So the question is in my header what do you think?
