How do i get a page im viewing to reload itself?

See i've been reading alot about this business and my question is probably different from that. I don't want my site to reload for anyone else except for me from my browser. Like I don't want the page to reload itself for everyone out there in cyber land. I have a page that needs to continuously update itself through refreshing. But i need to know how to do this only through my browser and only for me so Im not annoying people viewing my page. I hope im making sense because what im doing now is every 15 mins i manually hit refresh on my browser. I need to know how to let my browser do that for me when im not able to every 15 mins as if i was sitting her hitting the refresh on on my browser. I suck at complicated quesitons i hope someone will be able to help me on this! sorry for being complicated lol :P
