How come Alpha Wolf haven't been banned from Yahoo Answers?

Have you seen some of the things that Alpha Wolf writes? He constantly writes un-true things about God, call people names like C.U.M. dumpster or DUMB S, make fun of handicap people, purposely taunt other yahoo users, and openly admits that he's on here to piss other users off. Why haven't his account been DELETED yet? Is Yahoo Answers being hypocritical?
