Crazy cat!! wat would you do?

well he still a kitten but even from the moment he open his eyes he was attacking the other kittens! he is about 4 months old but HATES other animals, he attacks people for NO reason what so ever, i have to lock him in my room wen we have company its so bad, he doesnt listen, wont use a scratch post even with cat nip on it, he doesnt much care for cat nip, terrorizes my furniture, ive tried the sprayin water at him but the problem with that is he loves water, he tries to get in the shower wen someone is in there! tried the double sided tape to keep him off the counters and stop scratching furniture, doesnt faze him a bit! but wen it comes to me he does tend to b a bit calmer, but if i try to leve he attacks my ankles and the claws are quite painful! i am completely lost at wat to do with him! i love him very much, and if youve read any of my other post i have put im gettin him declawed, but thsts still undecided from me, but ive tried the suggestions i got, an dmy bf says if he doesnt stop thats wat were gonna have to do to keep him! is there jus somethin wrong wit my cat mentally or is there somethin else i can do?
